Very well maintained, lovely view!
Nice place.
And a wonderful place to rest, very well maintained, with a toilet and tap outside the building. You have a nice view of the surrounding area, and depending on the wind direction you can hear the road in the north quite well. Unfortunately, the access routes in Google are poorly marked, the only possible access is via Szabadság utca. The path closer to the village no longer exists further up and the access from Rákóczi utca is blocked at the top. Many thanks to the municipality of Bögöte for this wonderful place!

Nicely built lookout, with a beautiful view, organized picnic area, washroom, toilet.
Under the observation deck, terns nest, so you can also admire these colorful birds.
I also recommend it to families with small children!

Wonderful view, the lookout itself and its surroundings are clean and well maintained. When we were there, it was a very pleasant surprise that we could fill our water bottles with fresh tap water, and we found a clean, open restroom.

The lookout can be easily reached by car from the village, it is well signposted.
Well-situated but not very high lookout point.
"Around the village, the Zalai hills rise from the south, the Kemenes region, the Ság hill and the Kissomlyó volcanic block from the north, and the hills of the Vasi-Hegyhát from the west.
The Somlói wine region and the Bakonyi mountain range can be seen at arm's length. It is an uplifting moment to look around this landscape from the lookout.
In 2001, the lookout was built based on Attila Németh's plans.
According to legend, Dániel Berzsenyi visited the settlement several times, and on one occasion, on his way to Niklai's estate, he wrote the poem "Farewell to Kemenes-Alját" on the hill currently called István-hegy.
